  • Proposal Description & Rationale*

    This proposal will change the course title and slightly change the course description. We (the AE department) believe this is non-substantive in nature. Because of this change, the course will be more inclusive to other forms of winter travel, not just telemark equipment. Additionally, when this course was created, telemark skiing was the primary means by which the backcountry was accessed. With the development of a more diverse selection of touring equipment, the course should adapt to this change.
